AI Operations Live — group sessions and one-on-one sessions
Version 2.0 · Last updated: 9 September 2026

We keep this short and we mean it. If something goes wrong, email us and we'll sort it out. Below is exactly what happens if plans change — yours or ours.

What you're buying

A group seat — $299 (AUD) per person. One live 90-minute online session, Tuesdays 2:00–3:30pm Brisbane time. It is a single session, not a course: it runs every week, and each run is the same session for a new group. You pick the Tuesday that suits you. Your seat also includes the agent memory files, the set-up playbook (PDF) and the recording to keep.

A one-on-one session — $899 (AUD). Three hours, private, at a time we agree. You fill in a short intake form first so we spend the time building rather than scoping. It includes the same memory files, the playbook and the recording of your own session.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We email you an invoice and your joining details once payment goes through.

Changing or cancelling a group seat

Changing or cancelling a one-on-one

A one-on-one holds three hours in the diary and preparation time against your intake form, so the notice period is longer.

If you can't make it live

Every session is recorded. The replay, the memory files and the playbook go to everyone who booked — whether you attended or not, sent the same afternoon.

So if you simply can't make it and haven't cancelled in time, you don't lose what you paid for: you still receive the recording and every file the booking includes.

If you know in advance you can't make it, cancel or move it using the windows above — that's always the better outcome for you.

Once a session has run and your files have arrived

Once the session has been delivered and the replay, memory files and playbook have been sent to you, we don't refund a change of mind — you've received everything the booking included.

We never ask for the files back. If we do refund you for a session whose files you already have, you keep them and you keep your replay access. Un-delivering a file isn't something we'd try to do.

If something about the session wasn't right, that's a different question and it isn't a change of mind — see Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law below. Tell us and we'll fix it.

If we postpone or cancel

How refunds are paid

Our policy, and your legal rights — the difference

This matters, so we've set it out plainly rather than burying it.

Everything above about change of mind is our own policy — a commercial choice, not a legal minimum. Australian law does not require a business to refund you because you changed your mind about a service. We offer it because we'd rather you booked without worrying about it. We can change this policy for future bookings, but never for a booking you've already paid for.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are separate, they are the law, and we cannot take them away. They apply on top of everything above — never instead of it. Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies them, and nothing on this page is intended to. If any part of this page ever did, that part simply doesn't apply.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded — including that services are supplied with due care and skill, are reasonably fit for any purpose you told us about, and are supplied within a reasonable time.

This applies whether you book as an individual or through your business.

Your files and the replay

The memory files, the set-up playbook and the session recordings are our copyright and stay ours. When you pay, we give you a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use them inside your own business, for as long as you like.

Please don't sell, publish, share or redistribute them, or use them to deliver training or consulting to other people, without our written permission.

Recording, and other people in the session

Group sessions are recorded, and the recording goes to every business booked into that session. If you speak, appear on camera or share your screen, that becomes part of the recording other attendees receive.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

What these sessions are, and what they aren't

These are general business training sessions. They aren't legal, accounting, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and they aren't tailored to your circumstances unless you've booked a one-on-one.

You stay responsible for the decisions you make in your business, including how you set up and supervise any AI tool. AI systems can produce output that is wrong or incomplete. Always review the output before you rely on it, and never rely on it unreviewed for financial, legal, medical or safety-critical decisions.

How to cancel, move a booking, or ask for a refund

Email adam@aiconsult-it.ai with your name, the email address you booked under, and which session it is. We'll confirm in writing. The clock runs from when your email reaches us.

Who you're dealing with

Sessions are supplied by AIconsult-it Pty Ltd, ABN 56 701 523 186, of South East Queensland, Australia. This policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

We may update this policy. The version that applies to your booking is the version published when you booked — we won't change the terms of a booking you've already paid for.
