Claude training · live online, once a week

Everyone teaches you how to talk to AI.
We show you how to set it up.

Ninety minutes, live online, alongside other Australian business owners — run every Tuesday afternoon. We train you on how to set up your Claude structure — for code, co-workers and agents. The file that tells Claude how you operate, and the memory that makes it remember. Built live on screen, so you can do it again on your own. You leave with the playbook and the agent memory files. You never write a line of code.

90 minutes Tuesdays 2:00pm AEST Live group session, online Memory files + playbook
Why this exists

You've watched the free AI course. You still don't have AI doing anything.

That's not your fault. Almost every AI course teaches you to write better prompts, then stops. Prompting is the easy part. The part nobody teaches is the set-up — giving Claude a written description of your business, scoped co-workers, a memory, and rules about what it must never do. That's the difference between a chatbot and a system that runs.

01

Structure before automation

You can't automate a process nobody has written down. Half of what we teach is how to capture the way your own business works, so Claude can act inside it. The AI part is comparatively easy — and most people find the written map valuable on its own.

02

You leave with the files, not notes

Every session ships something onto your machine that does a job — and you take home our own agent memory files and the full written playbook we use inside client businesses. Not a summary of it. The thing itself.

03

A group, not a one-on-one

One live online session a week, with other Australian businesses in it. Half of what people take away comes from someone else’s question — the sparky who asked about quoting, the bookkeeper who asked what she’s allowed to put into an AI tool. You hear problems you hadn’t thought to ask about yet.

04

Built for Australian businesses

Australian tools, Australian obligations — the Privacy Act and the APPs, what you can and can't put into an AI tool, records you have to keep. Worked examples are ordinary Australian businesses, not enterprise case studies.

What we cover

What we cover in the 90 minutes

One live online session, taught and built on your screen and ours, together. This is the same method we're paid to implement inside client businesses — taught in the open, with our own workspace on screen.

Step 01

Which Claude plan you actually need

Free, solo paid, team, or the heaviest-use plan — we read the real, current pricing page live and tell you honestly which one fits your business, not a number from memory.

You leave with

The right plan for how you'll actually use it.

Step 02

Where your data goes, and who can see it

The setting that controls whether what you type can be used to train the model — found live, in a real account. Where the Privacy Act sits underneath it, and what tax and BAS agents need in writing before any client information goes near an AI tool.

You leave with

You know exactly where that setting lives, and what applies to you.

Step 03

The four things every workspace needs

The whole system, in one model: a file that tells Claude about your business, named co-workers for specific jobs, memory that carries facts between sessions, and one folder per job so nothing crosses between customers.

You leave with

The map of the whole system, before we build any of it.

Step 04

Build your business file, live

One plain text file, built on screen from scratch — who you are, what you do, what you don't do, how a job runs, how you talk to customers. Then you build your own, live, in the room.

You leave with

A working file that Claude reads automatically, every session.

Step 05

Set up memory and your first job folder

A memory folder ready for the fact files we send you afterwards, and one job folder set up the right way — so Claude only ever knows what's relevant to the job it's opened inside.

You leave with

The folder structure, in place and ready.

Step 06

Your business's awkward bits, and open Q&A

The edge cases that don't fit the neat version — solo traders, licensed trades, what should never go into an AI tool — then open questions until they run out.

You leave with

Answers specific to your business, not just the generic version.

Questions

Before you register

Is this one-on-one or a group?

It’s a group, and it’s live online — not in person, so you can join from anywhere in Australia. One session a week, Tuesday 2:00pm. That’s deliberate: the questions other people ask are half the value, and you’ll hear problems you hadn’t thought of yet. If you’d rather it was just your business, there’s a three-hour one-on-one at $899.

Do I need to be technical?

No, and there's no coding in any session. What you do need is to be able to describe how your business runs — if you could explain your job to a new employee, you can do this. The people who get the most out of it are usually owners and managers, not IT staff.

What if I can't make it live?

Every session is recorded and the replay goes to everyone registered, whether you attended or not — along with that session's memory files and playbook. That said, the live hour is where you actually build the thing, so come if you can.

What do I actually get for $299?

The full 90 minutes — taught, built and Q&A — the recording to keep, and — the part that matters — the working files. Our Claude memory files and the full set-up playbook: the same written method we're paid to implement inside client businesses, not a summary of it. You take them away and use them in your own business.

Do I need a paid Claude subscription?

The session covers exactly which plan suits your situation and why, and you can attend it on a free Claude account. A paid plan is recommended if you want to keep building afterwards on your own, but it isn't required for the session itself. We don't resell Claude and we don't earn anything from your subscription.

Is this suitable for a trade or a small business?

That's who it's built for. The worked examples are ordinary Australian businesses, not enterprise case studies, and it works just as well for a professional firm or a small office team. Sessions run 2:00pm AEST on Tuesdays — and if that's mid-job for you, the replay and files land in your inbox the same day.

What's the difference between this and the free courses?

The free courses teach AI literacy — what it is, how to prompt it. Useful, and worth doing. This session starts after that and covers the set-up: the business file, named co-workers, memory that lasts, and keeping jobs separate. It's the same method we're engaged to implement inside businesses, taught in one sitting rather than read about.

Can you just build it for us instead?

Yes — that's our day job. There's a three-hour one-on-one at $899 where we sit down with you and build the lot against your real business. Some people come to the group session and do the rest themselves, some decide afterwards they'd rather we did it, and some come along to understand what they're buying first. All three are fine. Book a call if you'd like to talk it through.
