We are a young consultancy and we will not dress that up with invented case studies. Our proof is the software we have shipped and operate ourselves: construct-it (job and project management for construction and trades), cashflow-it (cash flow tracking connected to Xero) and tender-up (tender discovery and response). Real products with real backends, mobile interfaces and integrations, in daily use across our own group of businesses. When we say we can build it, it is because we already have — for ourselves first.
Our founders — Adam, Ainsley and Brody — bring construction, project delivery and enterprise software backgrounds, so the apps we build are shaped by how work actually gets done, not by what demos well.
How it works
- Scope the smallest useful version. A call to understand the problem, then a written scope of the first release — what is in, what is deliberately out, and what it costs.
- Build in short cycles. You see a working version early via a private link or TestFlight build, and steer it while it is cheap to change course.
- Test on real work. The app runs alongside your current process until it has earned trust — with your data, your team, your edge cases.
- Launch and hand over. Web apps go live on your domain; mobile apps go through App Store and Google Play submission. You get the source code, the accounts and plain-English documentation.
When an app is the right call — and when it is not
